Dear Seeker,

Finding Your True Nature is the first experience to the rest of your life. In this 8-day immersion, you'll work with a range of medicines and modalities to help unlock the keys to your heart and mind.

Held in community and surrounded by nature, this medicine-focused experience is for those looking to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness in a safe and intentional way. Combining the wisdom of ancient practices and a modern therapeutic approach, all parts of you will be held, educated, and prepared. Expect to return home with a deeper sense of connection and peace within.

The medicine ceremonies will be interwoven with workshops, movement sessions, integration circles, art, and journaling prompts to support your process. You will learn practical tools that you can take home to keep cultivating the inner space that you will be creating here.

Every day will be filled with care, fun, laughter, and delicious, nutritious food. The schedule will be different every day to support the evolution of the group, and I can assure you every day will be filled with joy.

Medicines We Will Work With

Temazcal

Temazcal, Inipi or Native American sweat lodge is said to be the very first ceremony. It represents a rebirth from mother earth. Heat, intention, prayer, and song are the internal medicines of this ceremony.

Cannabis

When used in a ceremonial and intentional way, Cannabis facilitates a far deeper interaction than when used recreationally. With the power of breath and intention, you will be guided into yourself for nurturing and expansion.

Kambo

Kambo is a medicine from the Amazon which comes from the Giant Monkey Tree Frog. This powerful secretion acts as a purgative, which helps to cleanse and reset the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.

Psilocybin

The mushroom is a sacred tool and teacher which has been used around the world throughout history to help gain insight and perspective, deeply connect to oneself and the universe, and process and release unhealed wounds.

Please note that while previous medicine experience can be helpful, it is not required to be a part of this experience. We will guide you every step of the way.

Your Hosts & Guides

Mar Berdejo

Mar puts into practice everything that she has learned along her own journey of transforming pain, sorrow, and anger into Love. She truly believes that only Love can heal and that openness and safety bring back the innocence of each being. Her own search for safety and Love guided her through different kinds of healing modalities and ways to learn, understand, and expand consciousness.

She was born in Mexico City and at a young age, she began a journey of learning about herself and the world as a way of understanding her experience. The pain of not belonging is what made her begin her journey back to feeling, understanding, and embodying her True Nature.

Mar is a dreamer, a visionary, and an intuitive who is passionate about supporting others in reaching their full potential. She has been working with human behavior, grief, and energetics for 12 years. She studies and creates frameworks to support others' healing processes. One of her super powers is to see and feel the full potential of others and to create experiences and containers where they can feel safe, seen, and validated to explore their inner landscapes.

Mar believes that in community, we can heal, co-regulate, and release trauma that has been inherited through generations. Mar is a skilled holder of spaces where transformation happens...life, death, and everything in between. Humans that are held by her leave with a newfound sense of honesty, purpose, and Love.

Shane Kennedy

A personal path of mental health issues, trauma and subsequent addiction led Shane to seek alternative solutions and answers to his struggles. This search led to a life-changing metamorphosis with Ibogaine. Through his personal recovery and inner discovery process, Shane was stripped down and reborn into a new life and personal path. His personal transformation has called him to dedicate his life to one of service, to share and accompany others along an alternative path of healing and personal development.

Shane accompanies individuals along their journey into themselves. He encourages others to tap into the inherent power within themselves. He provides an unconditional and loving space for the full expression of Self to be witnessed and embraced with total acceptance and care.

An accomplished medicine carrier, breathwork facilitator, and ceremonialist, Shane is a dedicated student of natural medicine, psychology, astrology, eastern and western philosophy, nutrition, and personal development.

He speaks from a life of personal experience and his ability to relate to others in their most trying and vulnerable times. With an aim at bringing the divine masculine and feminine together in harmony, he brings a non-dual balance and approach to his work which he believes is the future of humanity.

Ash

With a background in Psychology, Ash is committed to holding space and accompanying clients throughout retreats and intimate containers. She has dedicated herself to understanding and creating a trauma informed, holistic, and integrative approach to medicine spaces. Ash believes that the integration of mystical experiences and the insights we find through them have the power to transform our relationship with ourselves, our life, and the world.

Ash's role as a re-discovery doula is to support and accompany the process of each individual, offering preparation tools, guidance, and support along the way. As a caregiver and advocate for each participant, Ash brings a therapeutic and loving approach, creating containers of acceptance, openness and resonance.

Marciano

Marciano learned about Temazcal Ceremony more than 20 years ago, he has been a fire keeper for 15 years. He has been the guardian of the center of practical studies for a culture of peace (Zubuya Nayarit), plastic artist, bio constructor, musician, teacher and member of the council of the sacred fire of Itzachilatlan Wirikuta. His work has grown a lot on the past 10 years leading Ceremonies in different centers, hotels and retreats. Every Saturday he runs Ceremonies from his home for his family, the community of San Pancho and the surroundings, sharing the medicine of rapé and chanting.

Aura

Isaura is a multidisciplinary artist who is currently receiving her certification as a transpersonal psychology coach and primal dance facilitator by the Integral Transpersonal Psychology School EPTI.

Dance is her way of getting back to her True Nature and how she connects with the great mystery we are all part of. She has been exploring her inner landscapes and expanded states of consciousness for the last few years. She has found healing and love in community, ancestral ceremonies, earth medicines, woman circles, singing and dancing.

Aura believes that an integral approach to self and personal development is the way we can make lasting changes in our life experiences. Her process of integrating mind, energetic body, soul and spirit, she has experienced transpersonal psychology and specifically primal dance as an unique way to do this. She guides others by helping to express emotions, release energetic blockages, and connect with our primordial self finding our TRUE NATURE through movement, dance and expression.
